The restaurant nearby serves fantastic food.
I was really taken aback by the location. On top of that, I was woken up by gunfire at midnight, which completely ruined my peace of mind. Although the motel appeared secure, I wouldn't recommend this area for evening strolls.

For coffee enthusiasts, walk to Calle del Parque for outstanding Puerto Rican coffee instead of settling for what's offered at the hotel.

Unexpectedly comfortable and friendly stay
The bed felt like a cloud, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel truly welcomed. The patio was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.
However, I encountered an oddity—only one light switch for the entire room made late-night bathroom trips a bit tricky. Small roaches added to the discomfort.

The overall experience was disappointing because
the staff was inattentive and we encountered multiple issues during our stay. We waited long to be acknowledged and faced a lack of essential items like face towels. Not what I expected for a hotel stay.

A Cozy Stay with Warm Hospitality
The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short getaway. We appreciated the friendly front desk staff who recommended local spots. Make sure to ask for dining options as there are tasty restaurants nearby. Great base for exploring the area!

missingWrote a review on May 23outdoor spaceclean linenstight shower
The terrace space provided a nice outdoor area to relax and unwind with a drink after a day out. Although the room felt cramped with only a full bed, mini fridge, and a narrow pathway, the cleanliness of the sheets and overall comfort allowed for a decent night's sleep.
Evenings in this area can be sketchy, filled with some unsettling sights, so it's best to book a car service if you're arriving after dark. The rooms are quite compact, with the shower space being particularly tight. larger travelers might want to think twice about squeezing in. Additionally, the lack of breakfast options and the limited lighting in the bathroom make it less than ideal for preparing for a day out.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored the Tapia Theater and checked out Plaza Colon, enjoying the cultural vibe. The location was perfect for hitting nearby beaches like Playita del Condado. Be ready for some charming amenities, like a communal fridge and friendly staff.
However, check-in was a hassle. We asked for a late check-out, but received annoying calls and knocks on the door instead.

Solo traveler seeking basics
Had a decent two-night stay here, enjoyed the local vibe! The staff was super friendly, especially Juan and Fausto, who helped me find good food and directions.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The location offers easy access to local restaurants and cultural sites, creating a vibrant experience. Rooms are comfortable, and the daily cleaning service was efficient. However, the lack of proper breakfast options, limited to just bread and coffee, needs improvement. Additionally, the absence of private parking can be inconvenient for those driving.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making the place feel inviting. However, the room was quite basic and cleanliness could be improved, with thin towels and no ice available. Despite these downsides, the location was convenient for exploring San Juan.
